Please Help Me Access A Scientific Paper

Hi
I want to update a Wikipedia article but all I can get access to is the abstracts of the 2 papers I wish to read.
I cannot get access to them through the university library as I am not in uni ,my local library doesn't have the psychiatry journals.
I've tried Google Scholar with no luck.I am considering writing to the author as there is an email in Pub Med but I'm not sure if I should mention that I intend to use it to update a Wikipedia article,I've never done this kind of thing before,I'm not sure what to say...any help would be greatly appreciated.
