the below q is from mcq ofbio 2010 oct:

a. Asexual reproduction
b. growth of cells
c. increase in size
d. repair of damaged tissues.
Now i can eliminate a,d becoz guarnteed that mitosis v improatn in them but how to check between b and c.
?
Plz also tell me how can someone at the first sight find outthe right answer?
