i have a question regarding cell migration.. it is abuot the development of heart disease Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells where cells migrate to form plaques.
*time lapse video microscopy was used
* Cells were photographed every 10 minutes for 17 hours
*10 cells are tracked each movie
*the movie was made up of 102 frames
data is shown in image attached. there is control and one with added peptide bond to see if it changed the way the cell migrates..
1st questions asks to calculate cell migration in micrometres/hr
2nd is on how the experimental method can be improved.
