Hard Disk

My new external hard disk after 2 weeks it is been not recognized so please if anyone can help me to do it again back to working condition

there is a good news that is i got my hard disk replaced
and a bad news about to 80 GB of data has been lost by me from that

use recover my files software u culd recover most of u r important data

still u can recover if the hard disk is not full i mean it shuld have free space of @ least 1 GB?

Better you can give your hard disk for service.before that you must have to copy all your data in CD or any other device.  :P
