I was referring to Wyoming Uni.

A top 10 university for a SPECIFIC subject is typically not a name that a lot ogf people will recognise.
Some universities are very speciallised, and only people in that field will know whether that is a good degree or a bad degree.
Everyone might recognise that a degree from NUS is a good degree.
A degree in engineering from wyoming might be a better degree than an engineering degree from NUS because wyoming university speccialises in that area, but some might think it is the other way around because overall NUS is a better univer sity.
