Childhood Stories and Imaginary Friends =O
« on: August 19, 2011, 12:56:19 am »
Hey so ::) We all have childhood stories we made up or thought of, maybe imaginary friends like your stuffed doll or something :D I was just thinking about them and thought of sharing!

So I always thought my dolls were possessed. I had a skater doll and I used to throw her around to 'kill' the demon, so my Dad took her away and put her in his clinic for kids to play with. I SWEAR IF YOU LOOKED INTO THOSE EYES YOU'D AGREE! :o And then I had a stuffed tiger who I was darn sure that he's a real tiger and will grow up to be my pet tiger.

When I was around ten I would pretend I know an angel whom only I can see. His name was Naiki aka good deed/virtue, and apparently he was one heck of an angel, since he loved to dance and party, for whatever reason. I eventually dropped the act when my friends cornered me and asked me detailed questions. xD

And then of course I had many stories made up for playtime. I had my own TV channel ::) No laughing, it gets weirder. My TV channel was 'live' and during prayer times, it was not shown so kids would say their prayers instead of watching TV :P There was the cooking show where I made burgers (every single day, huh), a show The Four Friends Eternal which was about four best friends who vowed to always be friends, a show Sewi Killer centering on a leopard-human shapeshifter Sewi, her sister Kim, boyfriend Henry (or something H-) and mother Polly...yeah, lots of weird stories. :P Creepiest thing is, I still do it :P Just less regularly ::)

Anyway, enough about me! Someone else, enlighten us :D

I used to be the anchor of a show which talked about my fave magazine youngtimes (people in gulf would know about it :P) and discussed every topic there, and tried having an American accent :P that was when I was 10 or 11...Damn, I used to make up tales about there being someone who pinches my leg at night...bla bla... :D :D I had a lot of friends too that I realize I don't have and never had :P

Great thread, Ching. ;)

Ah. Sweet old memories. :D

When I was young, I had LOADS of dolls.
Whenever my doll's head/arm/leg used to tear off or something. I used organize a funeral service for the suppose to be dead doll - used to dress up all my other alive dolls in a white cloth ( being much under Bollywood influence). Lay the 'dead' doll in the middle and start crying. ::)
Then throw the dead doll away after the funeral is over. :P

- When I was a kid, I liked to like Remote controlled cars a lot.  Once, due to the hassle of frequently having to replace the car's battery, I modified the car so as to incorporate a mobile phone's battery. ;D

I liked to experiment with battery and other electronic components too. ::)

I also played with Laser lights. Used to point it to passers by girls and scare them. ;D

Yeah, but the approach is more polite and sinister at the same time. >:D
