Any University

Any good university that puts SAT as their only preference of admission of students ?Like can a student get into a uni without having a great GPA but a good SAT score.

Yes. But, for top notch Universities, you are going to need a lot of extra curriculars as well as strong references from respectable people to pull it off. What you lack in one end, you must make up for in the other.
