Help in math paper 4 plz.

Ok this myt be a stupid question, but i dono hw to find the scale "n"

oh ! here ...
if 31.6 cm = 1580 km
1580 km = 15800000 cm

Now, 31.6 :15800000
hence , 1 : ( 15800000/31.6)
