Why can't I watch videos online smoothly? I mean, it seems like someone has taken still pictures or something!!  >:(
The audio works pretty fine.

where do u live?
undersea cable cut in middle east, stopped all torrents, slow speeds and lowered bandwidth

Just check if you windows is updating itself?
If you have low video memory i.e. 8MB then try lowering you resolution of screen to 640 X 800.

Download and install the software (just 3 mb ;))
after you've installed, close ALL YOUR INTERNET BROWSERS (like google chrome or firefox)
now, open your software and click "analyze" this will figure out how much useless files are stored on your computer.
and now click "clean" this will remove all the useless files.
Just make sure bookmark all the sites that you need, 'cause it will delete all your web history, cache and other data. ;)

I believe that you do not have a high enough internte speed. If your internet speed is more the 800 Kb/s, then please consider updating adobe flash plater.
