SAT after IGCSE's

Hey,
I am not sure if this question has been asked here, and it probably has, but I wanted to know if taking SAT examinations would be possible for me after doing the IGCSE's.
Right now I am in grade 10, and I shall be doing my IGCSE's in May/June and have recently been thinking of also doing the SAT exam.
Will it be like super hard for me, or easier than the IG's?
And if I do want to do it, when do you think would be the most appropiate session?
And it would be nice if I could possibly be given an overview on the SATs, since most sited I have visited concerning it are not the most informative.
The help would be MUCH appreciated!

thats great and i also wanted to ask you guys a question.
what if after IGCSE's i take SAT's instead of A levels , and score great marks , above the average , will it be possible for me to enter a good university in USA or Canada

Indeed. Most unis in USA are more keen on SATs rather than A-levels. But, make sure you confirm it with the uni you wanna go to. :)

For MIT, you need
Maths, Critical reading.
2 SAT subject test.

You need scores of 750-800 in subjects to go in MIT. If you need more info then tell me.

I just payed and got my admission ticket,$78,much less than the british exams :O
My exam is on October 1 2011,when is your exam cookie-chan?

and By the way anyone knows whats this space on the admission ticket which says "NEED 2 ORIG PHOTO ID'S IN ENGLISH"?

Do you have SAT official study guide? It is given in that. I will be giving SAT after A levels.
Proof. ID card, Driving license, Or Election card or something which is proof with photo.

ok,so can you do it in october as well,so we can prove who's the real baaka :O
