Open College qualification

Hi,

I'm thinking about doing a college course in Astronomy with the 'open college' then go on the University of Central Lancashire and just wondering if the open college diploma is classed as one of these?

 - BTEC National Certificate/Diploma
 - Access to HE Diploma
