Bonuspoints not coming

Hi!
After some problems of signing up, I m finally here but have a problem again: I downloaded a file, I can see it in the Downloaded as well, thats okay.

BUT I m not getting my bonuspoints for it :-(
How should I then collect my little points to get upload to have a good ratio???

U RELLY think I havent read it?!

I ve read it -exactly thats why I m here: the system doesnt do what it should -as I told it already before.
I should have already several pointsof seeding!
But I dont have any.
N I have this problem only on this site.

This system is relatively new and has just been implemented.

I can offer you no other help, but the simple suggestion you contact Astar.
