Go on...tell us what you think
-
I hate competitions.. It is because of this competition that I never rank 1st or 2nd or 3rd in my class.... lol
-
This is just one aspect-Education...in fact I think it makes you work harder.
-
I do not hate competition. BUT I always try to stay out of the 'herd'. For example, if everybody in the class is trying to be the first by studying hard, a student should look for other approach to be first. For example, a balanced study plan.
So, competition can be useful. But very often, to win, you should try approaches different from the herd.
So, competition is bad. But creativity is good. I love creativity and try to stay out of the herd's approach as much as possible.

Tbh, I work harder when there is competition. It is sometimes my source of motivation.
Disadvantages for it though : might lead to jealousy or hate.
-
i dont know ..i dont really care about to compettition...true it leads to.
if i want to get good grades. i dnt say to myself " YESSS I HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN HIM/HER" lol
i keep faith in myself :P
-
From my own experience :
1. it creates some type of rivalry or jealousy
2. but at the same time it motivates that person to do better than they did prior .
but if ur gonna get out of that world of mine ...in like politics or business :
1. it leads to companies to deceive consumers to buy their products .
2.However , it in some cases leads these comanies to make much better quality products ;)
that's an opinion of mine :)

Golden Girl is on a roll.
Good post. 8)
if there was no competition, we wouldn't be enjoying fifa world cup or premier league or IGCSE result or A level result.
Competition keeps the world going <3
-
Also competition in the market?
borakk...no comments? :o :P hahahaha!
I guess it's the best competitor that stays in the market and get a brand name....and that's how we get the best quality
-
Competition may be good. But for me, I would always like to play a different approach than the 'herd' to get what I want, however difficult the competition may seem. :)
-
Like HH's said- I don't care who's doing what, so I dont care about competition or about anyone else other than my own matters. I'll do everything and give it my best shot, and that's all i can ever do! I know i am different, so whatever i'll do will be different. so ultimately it will result into something that'll satisfy me :)

But you should still be receptive of better ideas from 'competitors'.
Its like, I will not fight, but duck and weave and take advantage of 'them' whenever I can. ;) ;D
-
well...i believe in myself...and i won't work on sth unless i have interest in it. i have interest, i'll give my best. ofc i'll be receptive, and well-if i do realize someone else's work's much better, i'll appreciate and learn from it...like see what are the things that make it the best!

If not for competition, I would never be who I am.
Competition is good. Everywhere it is. We make it bad.
