You can't ask us that question because non of us experienced marriage.

Maybe we can ask Astar though  :P the only married person I guess in the forum.

I want to get married one day to the person I love and have children from that person. I want to start my own family but I believe it is too early for that though  :P

but oh well..when love just comes nothing becomes too early because you get crazy about that person. :D :P

Everyone should get married some day or the other . It's a lil too early to talk abt it now...frankly. We have a lot of similar topics like this in this section

Anyway, I want to be single till the time I can earn for myself and till I'm sure I can start a family and look well after it. I want to be independent before getting married to the person I truly love and cherish  :) ::) :P

Definitely being single is better. Less interference. Less duties. A high level of flexibility. Not to mention we students are not even in a stage so as to think of marriage itself! ::)

i thought nid 404 was a male.... sorry

the reason i starrted this thread is 2 reasons
one is i am bored

two there re some people hu stays under the care of their parents like being a mammas boy they don't act or speak without their parents commands .....
for example if a person desires to do specialise in the field of music......but his folks want him to do engineering.....u guys can expect the result of those type of kids or people..... and many other examples ;D
and even after they get married still they depend on their parental advices for their family life.....

If you're single, you can choose anyone you want - its very flexible.

Whereas, if you're married, you're restricted to one - which is likely to be very boring. ::)

loooool....flexible :P

I want one guy in my life. I want him forever. So, I would like to get married to the guy I love and be restricted to him :P But there's still time for that. :P :P

Both have their benefits at their right time.  :D
At the moment, being single at 18 is the right thing for me cos I don't want any distractions and concentrate mainly in my studies.
After finishing uni, I would like to get married, IA. :P :D
So basically, I'd go with married life after some years! :D

I think it's not a flat rate or something. Marriage, or copulation, has been the trend of all animals, humans inclusive, since we existed. Society has tried really hard to define how and when marriage should occur, as well as associated ideals with it, but the bottom line is: not everyone is going to get married or in a relationship at the same time as others. Yes, most people marry in a certain age bracket, but the variation is enormous across the board. I know it's much to do with social and cultural factors, but within a particular society and class, there is a lot of variation. Why? It varies from person to person. Someone may be ready to marry and manage their studies at the age of, say, eighteen while someone who's done with their studies and not even working may still be unprepared. I want to marry when it's the right time for me, and that can be now or ten years later. People can whine about it all they want: my marriage, my husband, my chocolate. :P
