Dont stutter or say 'erm' or 'errrr' followed by long pauses. If you are unsure; just STOP and THINK. It will show you are in control.

i did that a lot, and for one of them i actually only said a couple of words then said nothing else for the next 20 seconds, and i still got a 28 :P

I got 110 for Toefl.
Speaking is the highest for me.

Its okay to say umm ahhh.. like that.. But dont pause too long..
Do not speak as if u r reading.. Use expressions too..

Just a quick tip=

1. State the overall problem / announcement
2. what do u think/ the man's opinion
3. reasons( give 1 or 2)
4. Elaborate
5. COnclusion ( Optional )

Even if u dont have an overall conclusion, if u give most of the points ready.. its a total fine..

SO, JUST BE FLEXIBLE AND SMOOTH AS FLOWING RIVERS.
Good Luck 8)
