Title: Getting your website to the top

1. Whenever you sign up for a forum, change your signature or profile to include a weblink with every post.
2. Find a list of free business directories and sign up for every one
3. Write a good descriptive title in good English to include the seacrh terms you want to aim for
4.Use website analysis tools such as http://sitesolutions.com/analysis.asp?F=Form to analyse you website for keywords and content. I also use SenSEO for firefox and whois's own website analysis tool. Google has a good set of webmaster tools which every webmaster should use.
5.I reckon it probably takes two years to properly optimize and backlink a website. It helps if it has genuine useful content, like www.freeexampapers.com, studentforums.biz and www.freeetextbooks.com. These sites get backlinked by their users, else like I had to with www.astarmathsandphysics.com, you will have to do all the backlinking yourself.
