Scared of bugs?
Eat them.
Scared of maths?
Do it real slow. Taste it. Be taunted by the vertical rock face.
Scared of banks?
Ring them to complain about nothing at all. Get a pound refunded for the time you had to wait in a queue.
Scared of the police?
Ask a policeman what his IQ is. He is probably subnormal.
By doing all these things you can learn to live with fear.
