You might have seen Samsung Galaxy Note.
My friend got it, and then sold in a mere 6 days. :) The phone did not even fit into pocket.

Which model of HTC?
Samsung Galaxy S II and S II LTE have received ICS update. Update it through samsung kies.

For Samsung S II , the ICS update has come for European users .
