Title: Can you get mesothelioma cancer if you are smoker?

Whats up guys i need your opinion. If you are a heavy smoker can you get a mesothelioma cancer? If not what are the substances that can trigger us to this disease?

I have not heard of the cancer, and my knowledge of smoking only tells me that it contains uncountable numbers of carcinogens. And taking Wikipedia's word on it:

This is not necessary to effect mesothelioma to chain smoker but there will other harmful diseases can occur which harsh the lungs....so smoking is not good for health in any aspect...
