Title: Requesting removal of a document from courseworkbank.info

I have just discovered that a piece of work originally authored by myself (albeit around 7 years ago!) has been uploaded on to courseworkbank.info. I did not upload it personally and I don't know how it got there. I would like to assert ownership of the work and request that it be removed.

courseworkbank.info does not give any contact details, so I am asking if anyone can help me or point me in the direction of someone who can?

We'd like to know the document's name and under which category.
We will make sure it's removed.
