Hey guys :)
Well let me give you my story since I'm the one who kid of needs help in this :-X
I have had mocks this whole week and I've been drinking a whole cup of coffee every single evening as well as I ain't any sort of sports since I got no time for it. And I'm eating loads of food these days. the thing is it's not only me ,My bff is included *i.e. she's not helping lol*
I am under loads of stress since there are too many things on my mind , I've reached the point where Just one more thing and I'll burst :-\
Main point is that I'm sure loads of people out there are perhaps even experiencing the same sort of things I am.
Reply as soon as possible.

i know how you feel! ... i've been eating loads too!!! :-/
i thought i was the abnormal onE! ...
but i have some things i do to get my mind off things ....
i take a swim (since i love it, it helps me relax) ... and do crafts ... or draw ...
help me take some load off ...
if i;m under aloott of pressure .. i just go out for SOME time with my friends .. have a great time .. then come back! :)
oh .. and i'm learning how to take one thing at a time and not to think bout it too much :) .. --> working out prettyy well for me! :)

im experiencing a tough time in studies too
like..only a few days left...and even i jst had mocks...
mY parents want me to sleep at night and ask me not to study at night
while..i find peace only at night...
then..i jst got sick...And recovered today :P...they think i m getting too weak..and want me to eat and eat...
But i dont feel as hungry as that...
n they ll keep givin me smthing 2 eat all day..n thats annoying :P...
p.s i am also highly tensed..
but ..lets..HOPE FOR THE BEST And study :)..

Exactly, you shouldn't push yourself past your limits as it might have a negative effect, always have faith in your self and don't forgot that you can do it as long as you want to, do not study when you arent in a good mood and have a break every now and then,i take a 30 minutes break every two hours, focus on one subject as i time,i found this a really good thing,i have made a schedule showing every 2-5 days i only solve 1 paper from each subject,for example i didnt solve anything expect math P1 for the past 4 days, it helps alot and builds confidence, dont stay too late to study and sleep at least 8 hours a day.and in the end pray that Allah will help us all and give it your best.
