Marks are only stated on the Provisional Results Information. It is the one that is given to you by the school/center on the result day.
EDIT:
I just read this:
Percentage uniform marks will appear on statements of results only, not on certificates.
I don't know why it didn't appear on your Statement of Result.

My Provisional Results information does not include my UMS marks. :-[
And I have not gotten my Statement of Results.
Are they the same thing ("Statement of Results" and "Provisional Results Information")?

I do not have the knowledge to comment at the moment.

No, Statement of Result is issued by Cambridge where as Provisional Results Information is printed by the school.
You should wait for the Statement of Result because I am sure, you'll have your UMS marks written there.

From the CIE Website (http://ask.cie.org.uk/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1035&PARTITION_ID=1&TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&USERTYPE=1&CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=154152):
Will percentage uniform marks be available for the June 2010 session?
CIE has decided to make further tests to check the validity and integrity of the new percentage uniform marks that will be available for candidates in some countries.
Percentage uniform marks will now be introduced for the October/November 2010 session and we are consulting further with schools to establish demand for percentage uniform marks, which will appear on statements of results.
Candidates in countries where marks are reported will continue to receive them. All candidates will receive the usual alphabetical grades, and the introduction of the A* grade is unaffected.
Candidates should contact their Centre for further information on this.
Basically, I gather that you will not be receiving your UMS scores in countries where marks were not reported to begin with. Sorry :(
