Hey guys i have decided to take computing , and i have already given AS AICT but nothin in computing for A levels
HOWEVER
In 2010 computing 9691 syllabus says
Exclusions
This syllabus must not be offered in the same session with any of the following syllabuses:
9754 Computing (Singapore)
9713 Applied Information and Communication Technology
So does this mean i cant give A2 AICT and AS computing both this november however i can take A2 AICT this nov and AS and A2 computing next June(different sessions)
OR does it mean that i cannot take both subjects in my A levels please....help
HOWEVER
THE 2011 syllabus says no such thing
2010 http://www.cie.org.uk/docs/dynamic/24062.pdf

Send me a link to the syllabus please. I need to read a little bit more. But, from what you said there, yes, that would be the conclusion.
You can use this website if you want to ask CIE (http://ask.cie.org.uk/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1035&PARTITION_ID=1&TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&USERTYPE=1&CMD=ESCALATION_REQUEST) directly.

Either way, if you want the absolute authentic answer, just ask CIE! :)

Yes, now that I look at the syllabus, you cannot give them in the same session, but you can give them separately in sessions. Cheers! :)
