CIE Biology or Edexcel Biology?
CIE Chemistry or Edexcel Chemistry?
CIE Physics or Edexcel Physics?
CIE Maths or Edexcel Maths?

I have heard that CIE is tougher than EDEXCEL...  ::)

I did CIE.

People say edexcel math is easier than CIE. I believe they are almost the same though.

Edexcel Biology is touted to be the harder of the two. My previous examination officer believe it to be so.

CIE Chemistry is definitely harder. I have not even the slightest doubt.

This would be a close call, I would say that they are both extremely close, but if I had to chose, I would like to think that CIE is harder. But there is no definite answer for Physics, it often comes down to a matter of perspective.
