Title: I need help i this :(

okay so i wanna check what is in the chemistry AS Level EDXCEL page and i clicked the second one and it did open and i clicked the download thing like i always do while using google chrome it didn't open and so i checked the downloads file and i opened it through the internet explorer and it still didn't want to frickin open . a box comes tellin me that ADOBE thingy isn't workin for now want to open or save it i opened it  and in google chrome it said missing plug-in no idea what that is ..... i used to always open it through google chrome and it used to open  :-\ ,so is the prob from u guys or the internet browser i'm using or what ?  ???

i kno the xplanatin really sucks , but what i'm tryin to say is that when i open anything which is in the chemistry AS Level EDXCEL page it just doesn't open ?  :-\ :-\

hey GG
1. did u chek the browser's registry settings, are they ok? if not then download a software from microsoft it would b free! it can also b done manually which i usually do but if i explain here then it would suck! u may not understand so better download the registry fixer.

2. did u chek the cookies they also may block if there then delete it!

3. did u chek the Inprivate filtering of browser it may also not allow u to download files.

4. if u hav a firewall chek it, firewall may b blocking download of file.

5. chek the pop up blocker!

6. chek the smart screen filter.

7. chek if addons are disabled or enabled. if above cheks do not work then chek this and do it in either way.

8. chek ur computer 4 malwares.


i know that this explanation would b difficult to understand 4 u but this is wat i can do! many cheks and processes are related to internet explorer only.

There can be a fault in Chrome (the same with me (is's crashed and even not opening properly after i repaired)) :DDDD

Use Internet Explorer for this or else uninstall adobe reader and install it again...........refer other FEP sites......or let that pulg-in thingy install it itself!!
