Oh god :D
You couldnt find any question except the summary one!  8)
I'm not at it at all..And I did it in such a way in the exam..What I know you should do in one of the steps..
That while doing the Query ...using a wizard ofcourse..use the 1st query not the table...thats what one of the teachers said,,,then click next.."Summary" and do what you are told...note that not everything will be done from here...finish
when you go to  the disign view of the query you made..click on the "Totals" icon that looks like an "E"
and a new row will appear "Group By" and you choose the criteria...Till here I can do things but after this im not good at all...I hope someone comes and tell you the rest..

Any other question in ICT please ask (without the summary thing :P)
Good luck

ok i will continue from where sweetsh stopped.

ok i dont know the exact question.
but i will tell the general things to be done in this query.

After that new row appears.
for code , u can select group by     (do not select group by for potential area, because we want its sum so leave it intact)

performs a count of the number of sites in each Code

put sites as a new column
in that new row, select "Count", this will count the number of sites.

• calculates the sum of the Potential Area within each code
in the potential area column, select sum.

i think ur done!

i do it like this

go to the place where u make the Queries,,

1) choose creat Query by wizard
2) in the selected field add the fiels required by the Question ( code and potential area here ) then click next
3) then choose Summary and then summary options
4) tick mark the box under the SUM and also mark the option at the bottom right side ( below ok and those )  then click ok
5) click next and then add a name and then finish

you are DONE
