23) All possible isomers

The ones underlined can have isomers so 9 possibilities
39) What's the issue here? OH group will react with metallic sodium. Can't be dehydrated...Carbon attached to four others...it's saturated.
and it's empirical formula isn't CH3O
I need time for the 10th...im confused too :P
