Title: Economics AS Paper 2 (CIE)

Just wanted to start a thread on Economics since i've yet to see one.
Any questions on the subject should be asked here for better and easier reference.

Can someone please explain Balance of Payments and Exchange Rates? I find these topics extremely confusing.
Oh, posting Sample Essays would definitely help too.
