Is jubail a kind of oil producing/ industrial type of city..cuz one of my cuzins used to live there...

I know that saudi has one of the world's largest oil production plants..... i think there was another place can yambu or sumthing like that.... my dad went there for a week.... he said it was the world's most borrrring place ...hehe... but i've been to riyadh...it's a nice place..the malls are nice..
