suppose a question involving b^2 - 4ac and showing that a constant has no roots and hence finding the range of the constant comes, how do we find the range?

find its min point n greater than that will be its range....

since it has no roots equate it to less than 0 , that is b2-4ac and then solve the equation and since u will get to values for the constant use it to find the range
