Title: maths tranformation and matrix
Post by: $H00t!N& $t@r on May 03, 2010, 06:54:58 am
Hi I would like to know how to identify transformation of an object to an image by just looking at the coordinates. I mean how can you tell if the object has been rotated or reflected without using a tracing paper?

Secondly, i would like to know if there is a way of finding a 2 by 2 matrix representing a transformation without using the simultaneous method. Usually, in the exam this kind of question is worth 2 marks and using the simultaneous takes time. Is there a shorter way?  :-\
