a relay neuron/intermediate neuron/cnnective neuron is a neuron that links sensory and motor neurons together..

u touch a hot object..sensory neurons transfer nerve impulses all the way to your brain, then intermediate, then motor neurons, then u react..


stimulus----->receptors--->sensory neurons---->relay neurons------->motor neurons----> effectors..

The following is from the igcse biology syllabus:

Explain the factors that lead to lag phase, exponential (log) phase and stationary phase in the sigmoid curve of population growth making reference, where appropriate, to the role of limiting factors.

I dont understand it. can some1 plz explain what it is or send any notes relating to the question
