I have uploaded a video but it doesn't show in my channel

I want to upload a few more..help plz

I have activated it but videos are processing v slowly- I think I will have to upgrade our server package, but I want to consolidate all the legal websites on a single server and may have to wait until the summer

sir when i try to log on the educational channel i get a message that asks me to activate my account .. how can i do this?
