Title: Earth Hour 2010 and Student Forums

Now what is Earth Hour all about?

What?

Unnecessary lights will be switched off for 1 hour.

Where?

All around the world - more than 100 countries!

Why?

To take a stand against Global Warming and to show the world's leaders that our planet is worth saving!

When?

Saturday, 27th of March 2010 at 8.30 PM local time!

Well i guess that's where most people go wrong.. assuming that the next person wont do anything and thus not doing anything themselves.. Even a few of us around the globe who believe can make a change..
And things haven't gone too far till we say so.. :)
So.. i'm gonna do my best ... Plus sitting with friends in a candle lit room is more fun.. Try it.. :P :D :D

You dont sit feeling depressed.. Feel happy that you're doing your part to save our planet.
Some people won't think about it till next year. But some will. Some care.

No point in turning off the lights. Hello. Why do they keep telling people to buy hybrid cars, energy-saving appliances? One hour across the globe can do a lot of change than you can imagine. I don't have the stats right now since i had just come online for some research. But it does amount to a lot. Trust me.. :)

By the way i wasn't directing it at you. Just stating.

it's just one hour, no need to feel depressed, organize something with ur friends, take pictures and send them to the earth hour website, and ur photo will be shown to the world, and the leaders, that we want to stop global warming!

of course this wont affect the global warming directly, but it will in one way or an other .. trust me!
