Title: Are we allowed to give As in old syllabus on jan 2010?

Are we allowed to give As in old syllabus on jan 2010?  because i heard some people saying that we can give A2 in old syllabus but not AS (on jan 2010). pls help cuz i did not give my unit 3 for bio this jan (2009) and if i'm not allowed for  jan 2010 i have to go for may 09..  i can't seem to find the correct info in any website. thanks in advance for any help :)

i wanted to know if i can give my biology 3 on january 2010 in the old curriculum. i heard the old curriculum in edexcel ends in may 2009.

I dnt think so. U will follow the syllabus of the year u sit for. e.g. U will sit in 2010, then u follow the syllabus for 2010. This is the only rational thing to do, I guess.
