Title: Website up and down for no reason at all

I have been working for over two years now to make www.astarmathsandphysics.com number 1 in google for London maths tutor. My website has pagerank 3 now and I am wring maths notes. It gets an seo score always between 95 and 100% and still it is not number 1. I am stumped.
