I have been a straight A student since Grade 2, and up until my IGCSE's Last year, i always used to say that math is the easiest subject because it is logical and has many ways to solve 1 problem.
But this year (In AS), my statement seems very wrong, and i feel that this subject is getting very hard, and i am starting to think that i might not get an A in it, due to the much harder level and the huge leap between AS and IGCSE.
Although i am taking Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer studies, yet i still feel that it will be Math that i will fail to score an A in it; so i want to ask you, do you have such problems as well, or is it just me?

NO! It way easier.
-
It is definitely more difficult than IGCSE, i agree with u. @ the dude - what???

Dude AS math is nothing. Its soooper easy, its just a little more than IG. Like learning the stuff at IG is much harder than learning the stuff at A level.

AS Math is Easy. Yes, it might be a little harder than IGCSE Math, but I really don't see much difference.
You should see A2 Math, if you do study AS + A2, you will definitely know what I am talking about because AS math is nothing compared to A2 Math. You can score an A in AS math.

i agree with you, probably because AS maths is a non calculator paper :-\

well, in my case, the things are completely opposite to what you have mentioned. I scored a "B" in my IGCSE mathematics and i have taken my C1 recently, and i am expecting an A in it. I find AS Mathematics comparatively easier as compared to IGCSE...
