Title: maths integration 3 questions

1) Integrate   x . arc tan x                        (x multiplied by tan inverse x)
2) Integrate  e^x . cos x                         (e to the power x multiplied by cos x)
3) Integrate  sec^3 x                              (sec cube x)

need with working

u can start by posting answers from 1st question
i think the required method is integration by parts, but im not getting the answer.
