Title: electrochemistry plz help!!!!!!!!

culd ny1 plz temme how do u find an ecell
suppose if the voltage of cu +2e---->cu is 0.34
if the reaction goes reverse will it bcum -0.34
dey reverse it sumtyms n sumtyms dey dnt yyy
plz i have surfed the net n txtbooks
im totally confusd

plz show an example
i wuld be relli thankful
