Chas McCaw has created some interactive java applet (Jmol) chemical structures which are free to use from  www-teach.ch.cam.ac.uk/links/3Dindex.html

Mike Docker’s ‘Revision Resources for A Level Chemistry’ are web-based interactive quizzes and his ‘Video Resources for A Level Chemistry’ are a collection of video clips and exercises that make use of these  www.mpdocker.demon.co.uk

Mike Thompson’s Chem-Pics CD ROMs provide a large quantity of resources to use directly or to 'cut and paste' into new work. These include video clips and animations within PowerPoint tutorials linked to GCSE and A level curriculum  www.chem-pics.co.uk

Chris Evans of QEGS Blackburn maintains this site which has a collection of chemistry related diagrams available for free download   www.btinternet.com/~chemistry.diagrams/

Charlie Wartnaby's SimChemistry for Windows is free software which allows interactive simulations of microscopic physical systems to be created. Particle masses, radii, colours, and interactions may be set to model the behaviour of solids, liquids and gases. The download includes some demo simulations  www.simchemistry.co.uk/

Richard Grime's 'ChemSheets' is a comprehensive collection of Word documents covering Key Stages 3 and 4, AS and A2 chemistry. These are freely available from his website at www.chemsheets.co.uk

Jim Clark maintains a highly accessible text based guide for A level students at www.chemguide.co.uk

Andrew Miller’s ChemSolutions software includes applications for chemical process simulation, management of Sc1 coursework (best marks calculated), experiment risk assessment, datalogging of titrations. The applications require Microsoft Excel/Access 2000 (or better).  www.chemsolutions.co.uk

Dr Emma Baker has produced a website containing videos, photographs and some documentation related to the UK chemistry curriculum. This is a useful collection and includes some interesting suggestions, including a downloadble booklet which discussing various ways in which teachers might make use of video within their teaching. The videos may not be of the highest technical quality - but they are all relevant to the UK curriculum.
