Title: AS Business Studies

Hey Every1,
I would just like some1 to help me with this question, I am not asking to help me alot just give me a simple explanation!!
Well the question says How are the objectives has been decided and how are the objectives link o the purpose?
Well for my public sector i wrote the first objective is 1.   To maintain excellence in the delivery of a broad range of programs for young people, adults and employers.
But then i dont really understand how shall i answer the question by using one of the objectives?
Could some1 help me please

I think you are taking CIE .. because in our Edexcel syllabus we dont have anything regarding public and private sectors

Well i am talking about the objectives and aims of a public sector & a private sector .. dont u have that in your syllabus :O

Umm I mean like for example the objective is " To maintain excellence in the delivery of a broad range of programs for young people, adults and employers".. I just want to know how is the objective decided and how does it link to the purpose of the college?
