yes it is, it may also be on cambridge students. For edexcel exam zone will have ample resources and the answers to ur q.

lol
i still remember this flying colours website.

they have SMS service for results.

u have to enter ur centre number, candidate number, name, MOBile and stuff

so many people did,
loooool but NO1 got their result sms on the day of result. (lol everyone faked)

its not jan 21st

its 25th as i said

 Cambridge IGCSE, GCE O Level, AS Level and A Level - Monday 25 January 2010, 00.01 (GMT/UTC). from a cie newsletter

00.01 GMT means we will get the results by 5:31 in india.. :P
