or calculating the genotype frequency??

just see that P is dominant and p is recessive
so the yellow can only appear is it is pp
now make a genetic cross for each of the options nd u'll see that for the C part
the results are PP,Pp,Pp,and pp
so only one on four is yellow...
nd as u can see that very rarely yellow sorns are found in the diagram so the answer dhould be C

tell me if u still dont get it

Post by: nits94 on November 10, 2009, 11:06:54 am: ya the answer is C.. but its not necessary to do it with that procedure as it takes time..sometimes u can just make out that there r a few purple and yellow sseds..so the parents genotypes should be hetrozygous that is Pp*Pp
