best would be to read up mark schemes and try to make some notes on the frequent questions..

Ya, that is fine but there are some additions to ICT 0417 for which there is only 1 past paper. This site http://www.igcseict.info/ is specially for ICT 0417. So, it's good 2 study from some sites also.

its not abt how many pprs u do rite now....like wat i have done is dt i opened some recent pprs nd wrote down d most common question...nd then d answers to those questions...
and believe me dere is goin to be nothing at all....

hey...are the different types of viruses and the different topology's important?? i mean Hybrid and Mesh topology...and what all is really important from the notes given by ma'am??? cuz there r so many..its confusing...

Hey nits, according to the syllabus, we only need to "identify" the ring, bus, star and hybrid topologies. Mesh is not in the syllabus, so you can skip it!
And virus- yes, you must know it...
Just go by the syllabus.... :)
