Title: Hard to access forum from U.A.E

Is it anything to do with the ISP?

we couldn't make out what he meant because what he meant was solely meant to confuse us.

i have a 4mbps connection, i use firefox, net is fast for me, EXCEPT studentforums
im not blaming people this site, because this might be due to my telecom provider, but sometimes i surf net for like 1 hour, so i open a new tab for student forums, and keep refreshing it till the end, and i still fail to open it.

I get a message "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
annoying message appears after page keeps loading for a minute

sometimes i dont access the forum for a whole day.
its luckily good today :D

It seems that our backbone BGP routing is flapping. Thus there are network issues. We are working with our provider to solve this soonest possible. At the moment there is no estimation of time yet. We apologised for this problem.

Both inbound and outbound are having problems.

Our Network Team has been notified regarding this issue and they are investigating what is the root cause now.
