As soon as you have completed you AS examinations and are moving onto A Levels, for British Unis. And for American Unis, have to complete SATs.
-
I think the usual time is jan-apr of your a2 year.
-
It differs from country to country.
For the UK, you must take the BMAT/UKCAT for medicine and the UCAS deadline is usually in October (for medicine) i.e. the October when you've started your A2 studies (twelfth grade).
For US, you must complete SAT and other required standardized tests by December i.e. the December of your twelfth grade and applications usually need to be submitted around Jan 1st of that same year (usually for top universities). And for the US and Canada, you need an undergraduate degree before pursuing medicine
For Canada, application deadline is usually around January to March (depending upon the school you're applying to). Canadian Application process is the less hectic one compared to its other peer countries.
The application process for Australia is similar to that of Canada.
Hopefully those were helpful. Feel free to ask any questions you have.

However, I also have to say that applying to Canada for medicine is very hard, becasue the course there is very hard as they want perfectionist doctors.

Perfectionist drive me nuts. Kick 'em as you walk past.

I am thinking of going to UK .. but i dont think that all the univ. over there requier you to take BMAT/UKCAT exams...
so to make things clear .. i apply at the beggining of the 12th grade ?
im not thinking of canada cause i heard that you have to take one year of science then you start medicine .. honestly its a waste of time..
plus in UK i heard of some outstanding univ. in not saying that there arent any in canada :P

I had a student only last week who took GAMSAT exams to get into St Georges med school. You can find GAMSAT papers on freeexampapers
