I have found c3 and c4 solutionbanks and some papers like solomon and elmwood papers. So I wanted to know if these are legal, I mean is it allowed to distribute the c3 and c4 solutionbanks and whats the copyright laws for solom and elmwood papers?

Any help will be appreciated.

It is not legal but do it anyway.
