ok...if really want to understand chemistry properly....da best book is "IGCSE study guide 4 chemistry"

Yes..Tricolore is a very good book. I was using Tricolore 4 for my exam.

now here is a link from the bbc website...listen to the files over there, download them and know them very well..they would definetly help u in ur Orals.

u can also download the DCC book..
the minimum vocab. range u need to have..for french..igcse..

for listening..follow the links given by nid404...
u can also try this one for listening past papers....download the audio and the paper...and solve them..
