explain me about transistors, what i exactly want to know is that, what type of

elements/metals they use in p-type conductor and in n-type conductor.

and using p types and n types, give me the structure of a resistor, our teacher taught us, but i completely forgot about that.

I still didnt take those stuff finished only half the syllabus...but i have the notes. I can write u wat i got there.
