does v means the last speed
u means 0 for example .. the starting point?

if der r 2 speeds given den u can add dem n divide by 2 to find da avg speed but otherwise da formula is avg speed=total distance travelled/ total time taken.... ;)
n da equation u mentioned id (v-u)/t wer v=final velocity
u=initial velocity
t=time taken
but this is 2 find da acceleration.....
